Pour in the yeast. I used quick yeast. Stir, add oil and leave the dough for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, remove the core of the apples and cut into thin slices. Boil 1 liter of water, put the slices in it and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft. Place in a colander to drain the excess liquid.

Fry the pancakes on a hot pan on both sides. Make 14-15 pancakes. Fold the finished pancake in half, place 6-7 overlapping slices on the edge and roll into a cone. I served it with caramel sauce.
