Grate the apples on a coarse grater and mix with lemon juice, then they will not darken.
Beat the egg with sugar, pour in the kefir and mix until smooth.
Add flour, salt, baking powder to the mixture and mix well. Add apples and mix again.
Pour oil into a well-heated pan, spread the dough with a tablespoon and bake on low heat until bubbles appear on the surface, then turn over and cook for another minute.
Pull out the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve.
