Beat eggs until smooth with a pinch of salt.
Then add sugar and whisk again. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
After pour flour, soda and mix again.
Pour in milk and whisk until smooth so that there are no lumps. The dough should turn out as not too thick sour cream.
Pour in the oil at the very end and mix.
Pour a small amount of dough into a well-heated pan and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
When the edges of the pancake become rosy, turn it over and cook for another half minute.
