Rinse the goose and cut into pieces. Salt and pepper each piece of meat.
Finely chop one onion, grate the rest, add onion and paprika to the meat, mix well, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 5-8 hours. Better make meat in the evening so that it stands for the night. Optionally add garlic.
Peel and cut the potatoes into large slices. Season with salt and season to taste.
Place the potatoes, meat and a little marinade from under the meat in the baking sleeve, add the rosemary and tie the sleeve tightly.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 2 hours.
