Combine mashed potatoes, flour and starch in a bowl, add a little salt and your favorite spices to your taste. Mix well.
Pour ice shveps into the dry mixture and beat with a whisk until smooth.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a separate bowl, I didn’t have any breadcrumbs so I took the breadcrumbs.
Cut large onions into rings and disassemble them.
Dip the rings on all sides with a fork into the batter.
Then roll each ring in breading.
Lower the rings deep-fried and fry until golden brown. Put the finished rings on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Serve with your favorite sauce.
