Put all the spices in the pan.
Pour boiled water and add dried apples. Cook after boiling for 5 minutes.
Add the hibiscus to the pan, remove from heat, cover and let it brew for 5 minutes.
Strain the finished mulled wine, pour into cups and add sugar or honey to taste.
