How to cook deliciously - New Year Bagels
1 . Stage
Add 2 tablespoons of warm water and a pinch of sugar to the dry yeast, stir everything and leave it for 5 minutes.
2 . Stage
Add the diluted yeast and sugar to the room temperature sour cream, stir well and place in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
3 . Stage
Mix the butter or margarine (room temperature) with the flour, I do this with a mixer hook attachment.
4 . Stage
Add sour cream and yeast and salt to the flour mixture and knead the dough. Flour varies, so check the consistency of the dough, you may need more.
5 . Stage
We take about a quarter of the dough and roll out thinly, cut out a circle, I did it with a plate with a diameter of 23 cm. We divide the circle into 8 pieces.
6 . Stage
I use plum jam as a filling. Put the filling on the wide part of the triangle and roll up into a bagel.
7 . Stage
Bake the bagels in the oven at 180-200 °C until brown.
8 . Stage
Here is such a "mountain" of ruddy bagels turned out.
9 . Stage
Sprinkle the bagels with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea time.
