Peel the potatoes and put in a greased form with vegetable oil in a single layer, salt a little.
Mix sour cream with chopped dill and garlic passed through a press, add flour, salt and pepper to taste.
Sauce the potatoes and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5-10 minutes.
Serve hot, you can still sprinkle with herbs.
