Grate the meat with garlic passed through the press, salt and season to taste, grate it well with mustard. Let it soak for a couple of hours.
Wrap the meat tightly in foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Then open the foil, increase the temperature to 250 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
Mustard baked pork is ready to serve with any side dish.
