Wash the mussels well under running water.
Finely chop the onion and greens, pour the onion into a deep pan and cook over low heat with olive oil until soft, then add the greens, you can add a little more garlic.
Add mussels, lemon juice and wine to the pan, season with spices. Cook for about 10 minutes under the lid, occasionally shaking the pan without opening the lid. When all the mussels are opened, that dish is ready.
Mussels in white wine serve warm.
