1 . Stage
Wash and dry the mushrooms, add the garlic passed through the press, paprika, finely chopped dill, salt to taste (consider that we will add soy sauce) and mix well.

Pour in soy sauce, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Stir again and marinate for 20 minutes.
3 . Stage
Mushrooms should be strung on wooden skewers and placed on a deep form so that there is where to drain the juice. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
4 . Stage
