1. Champignon 300 gram
2. Bulb onions 1 PC.
3. Tomatoes 4 PC.
4. Bell pepper 2 PC.
5. Olive oil 2 tbsp
6. Basil 1 beam
7. Salt taste
8. Black pepper taste

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom stew with tomatoes

1 . Stage

Peel the mushrooms and onions, chop. Slice tomatoes and peppers.

2 . Stage

In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil, fry the onions, then add the mushrooms and tomatoes and pepper.

3 . Stage

Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes under the lid, remembering to stir. At the end of cooking, salt, pepper, add basil and mix.

4 . Stage

This stew can be served with rice or pasta, sprinkled with grated cheese on top of a hot dish.
