Wash squids and cut into rings.
Peel and slice the mushrooms. Onion cut the floor into rings.
First, fry the onion for about 2 minutes and add mushrooms to it, keep it on fire for about 5 minutes, then add the flour.
Put squid rings in a pan and pour wine and lemon juice, add salt and pepper and simmer under the lid for 3 minutes after boiling.
Remove from heat and add greens. Cover and let stand for several minutes.
