Cut the meat into small pieces. If you have a pan with a thick bottom, then you can fry the pork right in it. Or fry in a pan.
Cut the onion into rings and add to the meat. Fry a little.
Cut the pepper into strips and send to the meat. Then add the mushrooms, if you have large ones, we cut into four parts, small ones can be added whole. We also add grated carrots and chopped garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste and water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste, cook another minute.
