Cut the meat into slices like chops and beat off a little, salt and pepper.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, onion in half rings, pear in small strips. Fry the onions until transparent in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes. Let cool, add pear and mix.
Cheese cut into cubes. Put mushrooms, a slice of cheese on the meat and roll it up.
Rewind or can be chipped with a toothpick. Put in a greased baking dish.
Cook in a preheated oven to 180 degrees 10 minutes, then pour wine and cook another 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly, remove the thread and serve.
