Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Rinse mushrooms from brine and cut into slices. Add to the carrots with onions and cook for another 2 minutes, then cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Boil rice until cooked and rinse.
Add rice to the pan, mix and season to taste.
Cool the finished filling and can be used.
