1. Mushrooms 1 kg
2. Bulb onions 2 PC.
3. Chicken egg 4 PC.
4. Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp
5. Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
6. Black pepper taste
7. Salt taste

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom cutlets

1 . Stage

Peel the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. in salt water. Cool and chop finely.

2 . Stage

Beat in mushrooms and add finely chopped onions, crackers, peppers and salt. Stir well.
