Cut the meat into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Chop the garlic, cut the mushrooms into cubes.
Add garlic to the meat and after a few minutes champignons. Cook over high heat for about 5 minutes.
Then pour in soy sauce and cream. Mix well season to taste and simmer another 5 minutes.
Chicken with mushrooms is ready, serve with pasta or rice.
