Cooking
1. Stage
In an oil pan, fry onions, celery, carrots. Add flour and curry. Add chicken stock, mix well and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 1/2 hour.

Add chopped apple, rice, chicken, salt, pepper, thyme and simmer for 15 minutes. When serving, add hot cream.
