1 . Stage
Prepare the muffin molds by greasing them with sunflower oil. I have paper forms, but it is better to use silicone ones
2 . Stage
Finely chop the bell peppers, cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Place some bell peppers and cherry tomatoes in the bottom of the molds. Salt and pepper it.
3 . Stage
Slice the parsley and mozzarella. Place some on top of the vegetables.
4 . Stage
Carefully beat the egg into the mold. Try to pour the egg in first, and pour the yolk on top. Salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
