Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease cupcake tins.
In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt.
Combine the egg, milk and 1/3 cup melted butter. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Put the finished dough into molds.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Mix 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon. Ready cupcakes to soak in the top in melted butter, and then in the sugar mixture.
