Zucchini not thinly cut along the plates and salt.
Roll the zucchini in flour, then dip well in beaten eggs.

Add garlic to sour cream, slightly salt and dress our zucchini on one side, put tomato slices and greens on top of sour cream at the top of the zucchini, and put the cheese on the other side.
Zucchini roll and secure with a toothpick. Decorate and serve.
