1. Minced meat 600 gram
2. Couscous 1 Art.
3. Sweet red pepper 1 PC.
4. Curry 1 Tsp
5. Salt taste
6. Chicken egg 3 PC.
7. Flour 50 gram
8. Vegetable oil for frying

How to cook deliciously - Moroccan cutlets

1 . Stage

Bring 250 ml of water to a boil, pour couscous, remove from heat, cover with a lid and let it swell for 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Sweet pepper and herbs finely cut. We mix the minced meat, couscous, sweet pepper, herbs, curry, add salt to taste, mix so that all the ingredients are distributed evenly.

3 . Stage

We divide the mass into 15-16 pieces, we form cutlets from them. Roll the patties in flour, then dip in lightly beaten eggs.

4 . Stage

We fry the patties in a well-heated pan, with the addition of vegetable oil, on both sides, until completely cooked.
