Melt chocolate and butter for the dough. Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Mix the eggs with butter and chocolate, add the flour and mix well.
Put the dough in a greased form and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Chill in a mold.
For peppermint glaze, beat soft butter with icing sugar and syrup.
Spread the icing evenly over the cake and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For chocolate glaze, melt the chocolate with butter. Stir until smooth.
Spread the icing on the brownie and refrigerate again for 30 minutes.
Gently remove the cake from the mold and cut into pieces.
