Melt the butter a little and beat with powdered sugar.
Add egg whites, vanilla extract and lemon juice to beat well for a couple of minutes. Add flour and beat for another 1 minute. Put the dough in a pastry bag.
Cover the pan with parchment paper. Squeeze the dough onto the baking sheet with an oblong shape.
Put the Milanese cookies in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove from the oven and cool.
For cream, heat the cream in a saucepan over low heat, add chocolate and mix thoroughly until smooth. Cool a little.
Grease 1 Milanese cookie with cream and top with a second cookie, let it harden and serve.
