Cooking
1 . Stage
Clean the mussels of algae, paying attention to the area between the flaps, rinse well.

2 . Stage
Chop the onion and garlic not too finely

3 . Stage
Pour oil into a saucepan, put it on medium heat.

In the heated oil we send the onion, garlic and rice.

5 . Stage
In the same place - tomato paste, diced tomato. Pour water. Salt, sugar, spices. Cook for about 25 minutes, stirring. The same amount of time it takes rice (rice should be a little stiff).

6 . Stage
~5 minutes before cooking, add parsley and mussels to the pot.

7 . Stage
Stir the mussels with the rice, adding a little water if necessary. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring. After this time remove from the stove, cover and leave for 15-20 minutes.

8 . Stage
The dish is equally delicious both hot and chilled.
