Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. In a large skillet over medium heat, fry the minced meat, add the tomatoes and taco spice.
Put half of the tortilla in the dish. Put the minced meat on the tortillas, then put the remaining tortillas on top.
Spread the salsa on tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 175 degrees C for 20 to 30 minutes.
