Soak the bread in milk. When it gets wet, separate the crust, we don’t need it, squeeze the crumb and add to the stuffing.
Add grated cheese, spices and chopped parsley to the minced meat.
Beat the eggs and pour in the minced meat. Mix well.
Make a roll and lay on the form covered with parchment.
Spread the bacon over the top.
Mix ketchup with mustard, sugar; if you like spicy, add spicy sauce to taste.
Divide the sauce into 3 parts. Lubricate meatloaf with the first part of the sauce and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45 minutes
Then grease again with the sauce and set for another 15 minutes.
The meatloaf is ready, grease with the remaining sauce and serve with a side dish.
