Grind the chicken fillet in a blender or mince, add garlic, salt and pepper.
Add the egg and washed rice to the minced meat. Mix well until smooth.
With the wet minced hands, make meatballs. Put in a greased bake.
Now make the sauce. Cut onions in half rings, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Fry until soft in vegetable oil.
Pour water and flour into the vegetables, then add sour cream. Warm the sauce a little but do not boil.
Pour meatballs with the prepared sauce, put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Serve the meatballs with the sauce.
