Stuffing minced meat with chopped onions and boiled rice until cooked. Add egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Make small meatballs , roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil.
Then add water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Dissolve in sour cream in warm water a small amount of tomato paste and flour, pour into a pan and cook for another 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper as needed.
Meatballs As ready in the garden , serve with mashed potatoes.
