Cooking
1 . Stage
Mix the stuffing (I have homemade classic) with chopped green onions, ground crumbs, spices and pepper. Knead well and batter.

2 . Stage
With wet hands, roll meatballs at the rate of three per serving. Place in a ceramic dish.

3 . Stage
Place coarsely chopped onions and carrots on top, sprinkle with mustard seeds and strips of sun-dried tomatoes.

4 . Stage
Pour the cream and mustard, soy sauce and wine vinegar over it. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let stand without heat for another 5 minutes.

5 . Stage
Serve hot with gravy and fresh bread.
