Place coarsely chopped onions and carrots on top, sprinkle with mustard seeds and strips of sun-dried tomatoes.

Pour the cream and mustard, soy sauce and wine vinegar over it. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let stand without heat for another 5 minutes.
