Cooking
1. Stage
Dice the onion and fry with garlic in oil until transparent.

2. Stage
Transfer the fried onions to the minced meat, add the breadcrumbs, milk, spices and salt. Knead well and beat a little.

Form small balls from the minced meat. Refrigerate them for 20 minutes.

Fry the balls in oil on all sides until golden brown, this will take about 10 minutes.

Make the sauce. Finely chop red onion, peeled tomatoes and parsley. Mix everything, add sugar and vinegar, mix well.
