Wash the meat and cut into slices. Season and salt to taste.
Sauté beef in vegetable oil with soy sauce until golden brown on all sides.
For the sauce, bring the cream to a boil and add grated cheese to them.
When the cheese is dissolved add mustard to the sauce.
Stir well, pour the meat into the sauce. Stew meat in cheese sauce until cooked under cover for about 20 minutes.
