Boil the meat in advance until cooked in salted water and leave the broth out of it. Cut the onions into half rings, transfer to a pan, pour in the broth and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Then add grated cheese to a pan in a pan. Salt and pepper to taste, cook for another 5 minutes stirring.
Place the meat in a small form, if there is no such form, then make it out of foil, it is important that the form is not large so that the sauce completely fills it.
Cover the meat with sauce and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve the meat with any side dish or as an independent dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
