Boil the meat and pass through a meat grinder.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Mix the meat with onions, salt and pepper to taste.
Peel and boil the potatoes. Mash, add hot milk, raw eggs 2 pcs., Salt and melted butter. Mix well.
