Peel and boil the potatoes, put one thing aside, and mash the rest.
Heat the flour in a saucepan, add milk, salt and pepper to it, boil for 10 minutes. Then add the mashed potatoes and mix well. Remove from heat and add the grated cheese, leaving a little for serving, sour cream and season if necessary. Stir until the cheese has melted.
The potatoes that we left cut into cubes, chop green onions, chop the bacon finely.
Mashed potato soup is ready, pour the soup into plates and lay the potatoes in slices, bacon, onion and sprinkle with cheese on top.
