Gently crush the cardamom pods to get the seeds. Pour boiling water into a small saucepan and lay out the cardamom seeds. Cook until you smell cardamom.
Then add the tea leaves to the pan and leave to brew on a small fire. When the tea has brewed, pour in the milk and simmer over medium heat.
Stir occasionally so that the milk does not burn at the bottom. When the milk begins to boil, add condensed milk.
Cook another 5 minutes and remove the saucepan from the heat. Strain tea and serve.
