Rinse the meat and let it drain well or dry with paper towels.
For marinade, mix sour cream, lemon juice and zest, oregano, parsley, minced garlic, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste. All mix well until smooth.
Mix the meat with the marinade and set aside for half an hour. Then put in a baking dish and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Chicken drumsticks in sour cream marinade are ready, serve with any side dish.
