Cut the pumpkin into very small cubes. Heat 1 tbsp in a pan. l vegetable oil and fry the pumpkin with sugar and cinnamon for 5 minutes. Pumpkin should not be too soft.
While the filling is cooling, prepare the dough. Dissolve the salt in water and add 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil, pour 1 tbsp. flour and mix well.
Cool the dough a little so that you can knead it with your hands. Add the remaining flour and knead the elastic dough. Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough, cut into squares. Spread the filling in the center.
Blind manti as shown in the photo.
Boil manti in boiling water for 5 minutes or steam for 10 minutes.
Serve manti smeared with sour cream.
Manti with pumpkin is a very tasty and diet dish, manti is very juicy. The recipe is quite simple, the dough in this recipe is choux, but you can use any other dough recipe. Be sure to take pumpkin sweet varieties, if it is not very sweet then adjust the sweetness with sugar to your taste.
