Boil green beans in salt water, cool, half put in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with a small amount of cheese grated on a fine grater and pour a little mayonnaise.
Second layer: half a can of green peas, cheese, mayonnaise.
Mix salt, water and flour to make a not thick dough for frying squids. Dip squids into rings, dip in batter and fry on all sides for about 5 minutes. with each.
Put the fried squid in the salad bowl in the next layer.
Then put half the boiled and peeled shrimp, cheese and grease with mayonnaise. Repeat all layers again, decorate the Manhattan salad with shrimp on top.
