Cut the fish in half along the ridge, remove all the bones.
Pass the garlic through a press, mix it with paprika, olive oil, add oregano and salt to taste. Mix well, spread the fish and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Put the fish on a roasting pan lined with foil with the skin up. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
