Kill the almonds in a blender crumb.
Beat the egg with sugar and lime juice in a froth.
Put the almonds in a bowl and add semolina, vanilla and baking powder, mix.
Add the beaten egg, mix well, pour in the butter again, then cover the finished dough with cling film and let stand for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Roll the balls from the dough and roll liberally in icing sugar, put on a pan covered with parchment.
Bake cookies at 170 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Store the finished cookies in a closed container or bag.
Macaroons turn out to be very tender, crumbly and nutty, to cook it simply and quite quickly, it is perfect for family tea drinking on winter evenings. Such cookies will look very beautifully as if snowy peaks; flour is not required for its preparation.
