Cooking
1. Stage
Mix milk with vinegar and leave for 5 minutes to make milk sour.

2. Stage
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in a large bowl. Beat the egg with milk, butter and add the dry mixture, beat with a mixer until the lumps disappear.

Pour into a preheated pan and a little 1/4 tbsp oil. dough, fry until the bubbles appear, then turn over and cook until golden brown.
