Take any liver to your liking. Beat it with a hammer first cover with cling film or just a bag that would not sprinkle throughout the kitchen. Cut into pieces and sprinkle with starch.
Then add salt and spices to your taste, minced garlic, vegetable oil. Mix well and let stand for 15 minutes.
While preparing the sauce. Combine honey, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Stir well and add water, stir until honey dissolves.
Put the liver in a preheated pan and fry on all sides for about 10 minutes, then add the coarsely chopped onions and keep on the fire for another 10 minutes.
Then add the tomato sauce , cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
The liver with tomato sauce is ready, let it cool slightly and serve.
