Pass the liver, carrots and onions through a meat grinder.
Add eggs, flour, semolina, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Heat the pan well with vegetable oil. Spread the cooked mass with a tablespoon. Sauté on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
Serve warm or cold.
