Peel the liver, peel vegetables. Pass everything through a meat grinder.
Add salt, pepper, optional spices, flour, mix well. The dough should be like thick sour cream, the amount of flour will depend on the liver.
Spread the prepared minced meat in a heated pan with vegetable oil with a spoon each time dipping it in cold water. Cook the liver patties under the lid for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
Liver cutlets with carrots are ready, you can serve warm and cold.
