Cut the liver and meat into pieces, fry in vegetable oil until light brown. Then add chopped onions and grated carrots. Salt a little and pepper, cover and simmer until the liver and meat are cooked. Then cool a little and pass everything through a meat grinder.
Then add soft butter, salt and pepper as necessary and beat with a blender until smooth.
Put in a mold and refrigerate for half an hour, then you can eat.
