Cooking
1 . Stage
We take the fish, wash it, clean it, gut it

2 . Stage
We get such wonderful carcasses, pour cold water on them and leave them for 2 hours

3 . Stage
We take a "dish", cut the fish into portions, and put them in a container.

4 . Stage
We add salt, sugar, pepper

5 . Stage
Pour cold boiled water over it all

6 . Stage
We cover it with a plate, push it in with effort, press the fish and leave it in the fridge until the next day.

7 . Stage
The next day we take the fish out and eat it. It is possible to store such fish for 2-3 days in a marinade in the fridge, and then put it into a jar and pour vegetable oil on it, but I have never had to do that, it is eaten all the next day)))
