Lentils with pasta stars as a side dish

That's how I got my macaroni stars: small and pretty.

Boil in salted water until tender, adding a tablespoon of vegetable oil so that the stars do not stick together after cooking. Do not overcook! It is better not to boil, then bring to the desired readiness, holding in hot water off the stove.

My lentils are red and very quick to prepare.

4 . Stage

Also boil in unsalted water, adding 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to reduce foaming. It took me 15 minutes from the moment of boiling. It is better to salt the beans at the end of cooking or just the finished product.

5 . Stage

Sieve the lentils and pasta. Combine the lentils and pasta together. Add butter, seasoning and salt to taste.

The garnish is ready!
