In a medium-sized bowl, squeeze the garlic through a press. Add the juice of half a lemon and melted butter.
Then add finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth so that the spices mix well.
Put the fish fillet on a baking sheet covered with foil. Smear the fish with the sauce.
Place the pan in the preheated oven to 190 degrees for 8 minutes, then increase the temperature and bake for about 5 minutes until the lemon-garlic fish becomes dull through and through.
